Announcement: International Travel to the U.S. after January 20, 2025

If arriving late you must complete late arrival. Review article for additional information.
If you are arriving after the 2025 Presidential Inauguration on January 20, please contact IISS, and review any updates for international travel closer to your return travel date to the United States via U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Department of State. more information in complete artical.
PLEASE READ COMPLETELY
First day of the semester, January 13, 2025. If you are arriving late, you must complete a late arrival request via https://global.mcphs.edu  
If you are traveling internationally,
  • F-1 Visa - Review your F-1 Visa (if not Canadian or Bermudan) to verify it is not expired.
  • Form I-20-Review your most recent form I-20, and check the date on your travel signature on page 2 of your form I-20.
  • Each travel signature for F-1 students currently enrolled is valid for 12 months.
  • If you are on Post-Completion Optional Practical Training (OPT), each travel signature is valid for 6 months.
  • To request a travel signature, please do this no later than December 13, 2024, to allow for processing times via the IISS portal at global.mcphs.edu
  • OR come to Walk-In Hours Tuesdays from 11 am to 1 pm & Wednesdays from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Boston MCPHS campus with your most recent I-94, passport, F-1 visa (if not Canadian or Bermudan), and most recent form I-20.
  • MCPHS Worcester Campus: Stephanie McCormick will be at the Worcester Campus LNCA 423 on Thursday, December 12, 2024 for in-person travel signatures.
The 2025 Presidential Inauguration is January 20, 2025. Because of this, there may be some updates on international travel. If you are returning to campus later than January 20, 2025, please contact IISS, and review any updates for international travel closer to your return travel date to the United States via U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Department of State.
